Returns Process

Once your return is authorized, please follow these steps (physical items only):

  1. Package the Item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, or in a way that ensures it will not be damaged during shipping.
  2. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our team. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to our error.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect. If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item, based on your preference.

Exceptions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
